WA.Technology is delighted to share that Hayley Joseph, our Director of Operations for Africa, has been named ‘Ambassador Abroad—Europe’ by Women in Gaming, The African Chapter. This appointment recognises Hayley's significant positive contributions – alongside Megan O Basson in the US and Nakeeta Janse van Rensburg in the UK –  and their lasting impact on the international iGaming industry and dedication to international collaboration during their successful careers.

What is Women in Gaming, The African Chapter?

Women in Gaming, The African Chapter (WIG Africa) is a platform dedicated to empowering and connecting accomplished women from Africa or working in the African gaming industry. It aims to provide networking, mentorship, and collaboration opportunities, celebrate achievements, and share insights to shape the industry's future across Africa and the rest of the world. WIG Africa celebrates success and promotes professional growth, offering a gateway to enhance the global presence of African professionals in iGaming. 

As Ambassador Abroad for Europe, Hayley joins all the other esteemed women working across the globe whose collective experience makes for impressive reading. Hayley's roots in South Africa and her spirit of 'Ubuntu' have significantly influenced her professional journey, guiding her efforts to integrate African values into her work. Her extensive industry knowledge and passion for learning and team development have earned her the respect of her peers.

Hayley manages and coordinates the development and expansion of the African business.
