WA.Technology’s Waldir Marques Discusses Regulation & Market Growth in Exclusive Games Magazine Brasil Interview

WA.Technology’s Director of Regulatory Affairs, Waldir Marques, gave an exclusive interview to Games Magazine Brasil at the recent SBC Rio event, discussing the company’s commitment to operating in regulated markets and its strategic growth in Brazil.

In the interview, Waldir highlighted the recent Brazilian regulatory developments and discussed WA.Technology’s dedication to its clients, ensuring all are fully compliant.

Waldir also expressed confidence in Brazil’s commitment to establishing and maintaining global best practices, which will form a secure foundation for future business expansion within the region. Waldir stated his confidence in Brazil’s market potential, adding that several of WA.Technology’s clients had secured licences from the Secretariat of Prizes and Bets (SPA) in time for the regulation change on January 1.

Waldir then went on to discuss WA.Technology’s award-winning iGaming solutions, all uniquely tailored and personalised per client, brand, and market. He commented on the company’s recent partnership with Onseo, a move that significantly enhanced WA.Technology’s ability to develop state-of-the-art localised products, solutions, and services.

Finally, Waldir focused on WA.Technology’s stringent Responsible Gaming practices and robust anti-money laundering measures, including KYC solutions with facial recognition technology.
